Monkey

Years born : 1920, 1932, 1944, 1956, 1968, 1980, 1992

The Year of the Sheep will be a reasonable one for the Monkey native.

You will have chances to further your career, but be reasonable in your expectations. If you let your eagerness get away from you and you take unnecessary chances, there could be disappointments in store for you in 2003. This will be a year to build on your present position instead of heading off in a risky direction. Put forth your best effort by using your talents and clever ideas, then, when a position becomes available at work, you'll be in line for it. March, May, September and October are favorable months at work.

Financially, it's a relatively good year. You may be able to supplement your income with freelance work. Watch your spending levels. Money may flow in easily this year, but it leaves just as quickly. An active year for travel is indicated, but budget first so you don't leave yourself short.

Family-wise, in order to prevent problems at home, make sure you consult with others first when making plans. The monkey native will be preoccupied with work and other matters this year. It's very important not to neglect your family at this time. You'll need their support, so don't alienate them. Make an effort to listen to their concerns and ideas.

Socially, this will be another busy year, especially in May, June and the last quarter of the year. This is not the year to rush into a new romance. Take the time to get to know each other first before making any commitments.

In many ways, this will be a favorable year for the Monkey, if you proceed with care. With discipline, organization and a sense of priorities, the Monkey will be able to find balance and enjoy the opportunities the year will bring.
